International participants who require a visa are strongly encouraged to complete their registration early to allow sufficient time for visa processing and travel arrangements.

Upon approval of the registration, an official invitation letter is issued automatically to support visa applications. Registration or invitation does not guarantee visa approval — decisions are made solely by the Government of Canada.

Upon successful payment, an official invoice will be automatically generated in the name of the organization to support internal expense accounting.
